Ta'Daviyon Reed

Ta'Daviyon Reed is a recent graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC where he majored in Media Studies, with a concentration in Radio, Television & Film Production and a minor in Graphic Design, in the School of Communications as a Walter H. Annenberg Honors Fellow.

With a keen interest in complementing his academic achievements with the development of translatable skill sets, Ta'Daviyon has begun to explore and gain experience in Music, Media, Design, and Academia. Through exploration and development, he has been able to present his undergraduate thesis at both The University of Pennsylvania's and National Association of African-American Studies' annual communications research conferences, to contribute to his community by helping reconstruct and revive a series of documentary storytelling and guest lectures on issues varying  from arts to politics as they relate to the black community, to learn about content copyright and trademark and then use that knowledge to assist in income optimization to benefit Universal Music Group's roster of artists, and to contribute to the development and execution of creative projects including those of his own.

He is most moved by how music and media can influence, change, and shift the culture. As a result, he desires to contribute his creativity, intellect, and persistence to the music and media industries as they advance in the conception, development, and execution of content and the strategy surrounding it.
